Raw Material Sourcing
High-purity Automotive Grade Urea is sourced from certified suppliers. Incoming quality check (IQC) is performed before unloading.
Manufacturing & Blending
De-ionized water is mixed with urea in a closed-loop system. Temperature and mixing ratios are automated for consistency.
Lab Testing & Certification
Sample is drawn for analysis. Only after passing all 18 parameters of ISO 22241 is the batch released for filling.
Sealed Delivery
Final product is filled into sealed drums, IBCs, or dedicated tankers. Tamper-evident seals ensure integrity upon arrival.
